As members of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), the League for Competition Law (LIDC), the Czech Franchising Association (CAF), the Legislative Council of the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (AMSP), and the Czech Union of Inventors and Innovators, we combine legal, business, and innovation perspectives into one tailor-made IP plan.

On this website we focus on IP strategy, licensing and know-how protection for entrepreneurs, technology companies, research organisations and franchisors. The goal is not just to “have a registration”, but to set up contracts, processes and IP structure so that intellectual property becomes a real asset of the company – usable in licensing, franchising, investment negotiations and exits.

As members of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), we work with internationally proven models of licensing, technology transfer and IP valuation. This allows us to design licensing structures that make sense legally and economically, whether it is software, know-how, patents or trademarks.

Involvement in the League for Competition Law (LIDC) allows us to monitor the latest trends in competition and distribution law, which fundamentally affect franchising, vertical agreements and licensing strategy.

Membership in the Czech Franchise Association (ČAF) brings us in-depth knowledge of franchise concepts, manuals, and the franchisor-franchisee relationship, which is key to setting up secure and scalable franchise networks.

In the AMSP Legislative Council, we have long been dedicated to topics that affect small and medium-sized enterprises - including the protection of innovations, contractual development, and financing growth.
